AI Business Systems is an AI consultancy and implementation partner based in Southampton, working with businesses across Hampshire and the UK. We find where AI will save a business time, build it, train the team, and support it afterwards.
Why we exist
Most businesses know AI could help. Very few have someone to show them where, build it properly, and stick around afterwards. We do that, in plain English, at a price you can budget for.
Consultancy on its own leaves you with a report. Implementation on its own can mean building the wrong thing. We do both: the AI Opportunity Audit finds what is worth doing, then we build it, train your team to use it, and keep it working.

The same standards apply to every project, from a single automation to a monthly build retainer.
Fixed quotes
Every build is priced in writing before work starts. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
Written scope
The proposal says what we will build, what it connects to and what "working" means, before you approve anything.
You own everything we build
Accounts are set up in your name wherever possible. If you stop working with us, you keep it all.
A person checks the AI output
Our builds show their sources, flag anything uncertain, and keep a person in the loop wherever it matters.
Tested on your real work
Every build is checked against your own emails, documents and jobs, not demo data.
Honest about limits
If a £20-a-month tool, or no AI at all, is the right answer, we say so.
Training and tools
Our lead consultant has completed Anthropic's courses in Claude, Claude Code, the Claude API, Model Context Protocol, Agent Skills and AI Fluency for Small Businesses.
We build with the tools that fit each job, including Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Make and Zapier, and connect them to the software you already use. We recommend what fits your business and budget, not a favourite platform.
