How the retainer works
The retainer starts from your AI Opportunity Audit roadmap. Together we agree what to build and how quickly. Each month we confirm in writing which builds come next, build and test them on your real work, and hand them over with a short guide.
Alongside new builds, we monitor and fix everything already live, keep it working when AI models or tools change, and keep your backlog up to date.
Shaped around your business
There are no fixed packages. Every retainer is a custom solution, quoted per business after the audit, based on four things. No VAT charged.
How ambitious you are
One process tidied up, or AI across sales, operations and admin. The roadmap sets how much there is to build.
How fast you want to move
A steady build every month or two, or several builds running at once. You choose the pace, and can change it.
How complex the builds are
Connecting two apps is quicker than a multi-step agent with approvals. Each build is scoped before work starts.
How much support you need
From a monthly check-in to regular calls and roadmap reviews, depending on how hands-on you want us to be.

Terms
- Fixed monthly price, agreed in writing before anything starts
- 3-month minimum, then monthly rolling with 30 days' notice
- Paid monthly in advance
- Half the audit fee comes off your first month if the retainer starts within 30 days of your report
Leaving: you keep everything
You own everything we build, with accounts in your name. If you stop the retainer, it all keeps running and stays yours, along with the handover guides.

How much does the retainer cost?
The retainer is quoted per business. The price depends on how ambitious your roadmap is, how quickly you want to move, and how complex the builds are. You get a fixed monthly price in writing before anything starts.
How do you decide what gets built each month?
We work from the roadmap agreed after your AI Opportunity Audit. Each month we agree in writing which builds come next, what they will do and when they will be ready.
Can we change the pace?
Yes. At each review we can speed up, slow down or change priorities as your business changes, and adjust the monthly price to match.
What if we want something that isn't on the roadmap?
We add it to the backlog and agree where it fits. Bigger one-off pieces of work can be quoted separately.
Can I leave?
Yes. After the 3-month minimum, the retainer is monthly rolling with 30 days' notice, and you keep everything we built. Accounts are in your name.
