Workflow automation

Workflow automation built around the way you already work

We automate the repeat jobs that eat your week: admin, content, moving information between tools, proposals and follow-ups. Built on the software you already use, tested on your real work, and priced before we start.

Where does the week go?

In most businesses of up to 50 staff, someone still copies details between systems, chases invoices, writes the same emails and posts to social media by hand. None of it is hard. It just never stops.

Workflow automation takes those repeat steps and runs them automatically. AI handles the parts that need judgement, such as reading an enquiry, summarising a document or drafting a reply, and a person approves anything that goes to a customer.

What we automate

Four kinds of workflow cover most of what we build. Many projects combine two or three.

Admin automation

Invoicing, scheduling, data entry and reminders. For example: a new enquiry is added to your CRM, acknowledged by email, turned into a task, and chased if nobody replies within a day.

Content and social media automation

Turn one recording, job photo or blog post into ready-to-post content for each platform. AI drafts it, the workflow schedules it, and you check it before it goes out.

System integrations

Connect the software you already pay for, such as your CRM, accounting, email, forms and spreadsheets, so information moves by itself. We use n8n, Make, Zapier or direct connections, whichever fits your tools and budget.

AI proposals and follow-ups

Research a new lead, draft a tailored proposal and follow up on time, so warm leads don't go cold because nobody had time. You approve anything that goes to a customer.

What it won't do

It won't fix a process nobody agrees on. We sort the steps out first.

And if a task only happens a few times a week, automating it usually costs more than it saves. We'll tell you that, and point you to a simpler fix. The AI Opportunity Audit works out which jobs are worth automating before you spend anything on a build.

  4. 04

    Build and test

Tested on your real work, with two rounds of changes within scope.

  5. 05

    Handover and support

Training for your team, 30 days of fixes, then an optional care plan from £149/month.

What workflow automation costs

A single workflow automation starts from £750. The price depends on how many tools it connects, how many steps need AI, and how much checking the output needs. Your proposal lists the monthly running costs (the automation platform and AI usage) before you approve anything.

Every build gets a fixed quote in writing before work starts. You pay 50% to start and 50% on handover, and software and AI usage costs go straight to the provider, in your name. Half the audit fee comes off your build if the build starts within 30 days of your report.

See every price on the pricing page. We're based in Southampton and meet businesses across Hampshire in person; the rest of the UK works with us remotely.

Common questions

Questions

What is workflow automation?

Workflow automation uses software to run the repeat steps in a process, such as moving data, sending emails and creating tasks, without someone doing them by hand. AI adds the steps that need judgement, like reading an enquiry or drafting a reply.

Which tools do you use?

n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude and OpenAI, plus direct connections to your existing software. We choose what fits your tools and budget, and set up the accounts in your name.

Do I have to change my software?

Rarely. We build around the tools you already use. If a tool genuinely gets in the way, we explain why before suggesting a change.

What happens when something breaks?

You get 30 days of fixes after launch. After that, the care plan from £149 a month covers monitoring, fixes and updates when connected tools change.

How much time will it save?

It depends on the job. The AI Opportunity Audit estimates the hours saved per month for each opportunity, alongside the build and running costs, before you commit to anything.
