Accounts are set up in your name wherever possible. If you stop working with us, you keep everything. AI Business Systems holds professional indemnity insurance.

Do you charge VAT?
No. AI Business Systems is not VAT-registered, so the prices on this page are what you pay.
How does the Quick Start credit work?
£197 comes off the AI Opportunity Audit if you book it within 30 days.
How does the audit credit work?
Half the audit fee comes off your build if the build starts within 30 days of your report.
How do build payments work?
Every build gets a fixed quote in writing before any work starts. You pay 50% to start and 50% on handover.
What will it cost to run each month?
Software subscriptions and AI usage are paid by you, directly to the provider, in your own accounts. The proposal lists these running costs before you approve a build.
Why are builds "from" prices?
Every business connects different tools and has different rules. The "from" price is where a simple version starts. You get a fixed price for your version before anything is built.
