AI training
AI training
for your team
Hands-on AI training built around your team's own work. Everyone leaves using AI on real tasks, knowing what not to paste in and how to check what comes out.
Why doesn't AI stick in most teams?
Most teams have tried ChatGPT or Copilot. A few people use it well, most use it like a search engine, and nobody is sure what is allowed.
Skills are a real barrier: among UK businesses with no plans to use AI, 59% said they had limited AI skills (DSIT, AI Adoption Research).
Training works when it is built around your team's own tasks, not generic demos, and when everyone knows the rules.
What the training includes
Half-day team workshop
Up to 12 people, on-site in Hampshire or remote. Built around your team's real tasks, so they practise on work they actually do.
A one-page AI use policy
Which tools are approved, what data must never go in, and who checks what. Written for your business, in plain English.
Tool setup
Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Workspace AI set up properly, with ready-made instructions for your common tasks.
Handover training on every build
Every system we build comes with a handover session and a short guide for the people who will use it.
What your team leaves with
Your team leaves knowing what not to paste into AI, and how to check what comes out.
It is practical, not a sales pitch for a build: real tasks, real tools and clear rules. The build log has free walkthroughs your team can use afterwards.
Free walkthroughs from our build log
Guides and videos your team can watch before or after a workshop.
Stop Chatting With AI. Start Working With It.
Most people use Claude like a search engine. Claude Cowork turns it into a working environment that reads your files, runs tasks, and remembers your business — permanently.

Common questions
Questions
Which AI tools do you train on?
The ones your team uses or is about to use, usually Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Workspace AI. We set them up properly as part of the session.
Is the training on-site?
It can be. We run workshops on-site for Hampshire businesses and remotely for teams anywhere in the UK.
Does my team need technical knowledge?
No. The workshop is built for people who do the everyday work, not IT specialists.
Does the AI use policy cover data protection?
It sets clear rules on personal and confidential data, in line with the ICO's guidance on AI and data protection. It is practical guidance, not legal advice.
Can you train one person rather than a team?
Yes. One-to-one sessions for an owner or manager are quoted separately.
